Title of Talk: Measuring the small – Hanbury Brown-Twiss analysis of nuclear collisions
Abstract: Femtoscopy – measuring the sizes of particle sources via two-particle correlation analysis – is a well established tool in nuclear and hadronic collision experiments. In this talk I will introduce the main concepts, explain the commonly used procedures, and discuss the typical problemsand their solutions. The presentation will be done from a practical – rather than formal – perspective.
